I love Michael's when they have their sales, but a simple black t-shirt will do. Some acrylic paint, a stencil and a sponge can make for some real cute holiday t-shirts.
Oh, don't forget the kiddos to do the work of making their shirts.
Even teacher makes a t-shirt. The kids call it "the barfing t-shirt" LOL.Now that Monday is done and the shirts have dried, Tuesday comes and off we go to Uesugi Farms, all decked out in our home-made pumpkin t-shirts.
Waiting at the train depot.
On the train that travels all around the farm.
After a short movie on how Uesugi Farms is developed, we go to visit the
stages of growing pumpkins.
Yay, daddy does drop off at the farm.
A little handholding as we watch daddy head off to work.
Next, we enter into the corn maze that is filled with beautifully painted boards.
Someone "loves" snails!
A shout-out for Golden Gate Bridge from our little guy.
Can you say fieldtrip to San Francisco ??
Once done, we relax after we hunted for our own pumpkins.
A little Dora stand to the kid's pumpkin entrance.
Cut out billboards are always fun.
On to the hay bail run.
Ooops, a bit of hay got stuck in our boots.
Can someone help me out of the hay hole.
Look at me run and not fall....oops, well, maybe just a little fall.
Just look at those stormy skies and adorable faces. Luckily we didn't get rained on during our fun trip!
We had a great day. The drive home was so full of discussions, singing, and every once in a while, I'd hear, Patty, I love you......
Join us again for a great fieldtrip with PattyKakesKidz
The kids are all adorable!
